Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery varies by destination and customs and can run up to two- or three-weeks delivery time as we ship worldwide. These windows are carrier estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes—to select destinations. Available services and rates will appear at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

How is my order packaged?

We keep it simple and kind to the planet. Your GlowBabchi items ship in a plain, recyclable mailer with paper-based protection—no excess plastics. Inside, you’ll find a recyclable thank-you card. Choosing minimal, eco-friendly packaging helps us reduce waste and keep prices accessible, while focusing on what matters most: thoughtful formulas and your daily glow ritual. How do I track my order?
Your confirmation email includes a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the link.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@glowbabchi.com as soon as possible. We’ll help if we catch it before fulfillment. Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to make changes.

How do I start a return?
Email support@glowbabchi.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

What is bakuchiol?
Bakuchiol is a plant‑derived ingredient often described as a gentle retinol alternative. Our formulas are designed to support smoother‑feeling, radiant‑looking skin without harshness.

Are your products vegan and cruelty‑free?
Yes—our products are vegan and cruelty‑free.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy bakuchiol. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Can I use bakuchiol with vitamin C or retinol?
Bakuchiol can be part of a balanced routine. Avoid layering with retinol in the same step. If you’re unsure about your routine, consult your dermatologist.

Is it safe during pregnancy or nursing?
We don’t provide medical advice. Please consult your healthcare provider to determine what’s right for you.


How to Use

How do I use the Bakuchiol Youth Elixir Serum?
Apply 2–3 drops to clean, dry skin. Gently press into face and neck. Use once or twice daily. In the daytime, follow with broad‑spectrum SPF.

When will I see results?
Consistency matters and results vary by skin. Focus on a simple, steady ritual and allow time for your skin to respond.


Payments, Discounts & Gifts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and secure express checkout options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Can I use more than one discount code?
One code per order unless otherwise noted. Discounts can’t be applied to past purchases.

Do you offer gift cards?
If available, you’ll see Gift Cards at checkout or in the shop menu.


Account & Emails

Do I need an account to check out?
No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you view orders and save details for next time.

How do I manage emails?
Every email includes a link to unsubscribe or update preferences.


Troubleshooting Deliveries

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier. Allow 24 hours for a follow‑up scan. If it doesn’t appear, email us and we’ll help investigate.

What happens if a package is returned to sender?
If returned as undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund to your original payment method minus shipping fees once it’s received back. We can reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply).
